SAP System Outage Announced

Year-end updates for the SAP system will require a system outage from 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, through 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13.

During this period, employees will not have access to SAP via the BNSF portal or the SAP GUI application. More specifically, invoice approval, Pro-card processing and Human Resources' forms will not be available for transactions during this time.

To minimize the impact on Pro-card applications, you can use Pro-cards for purchases and submit invoices via fax. Download or print cover sheets available in the Envision channel to support invoice submittal.
